I dont eat breakfeast, for lunch i only eat a sandwich and an apple and for dinner i eat only a little bit of food. I never really snack and i recently started counting my calories. Im 13 5'3 and weigh 114. I play sports and try to go to the gym alot. I do 300 sit-ups every night. When i go to thw gym i run 7 miles on the tredmill and ride 6 miles on the bike.
