Belly button piercing ?

Im 14 years old and i got my belly button pierced 2 days ago .. I have notced around thw top it is a little bruised .. Is that bad ?! Also ppl say that it will have like crusty stuff but mine doesn't have any, is that bad ? And do u think my belly button piercing has a good chance of rejecting ?! : /
