I think I have Lyme disease?!? Help!?

I havent been feeling well lately&i recently just went to the doctors. I got a chicken pox shot&the thing when they prick your finger. My mom&dad were talking&said did they run a test for Lyme dissase? I got a little curious&looked up the symtoms. It said tired which I have alot lately which I usually never am. Swollen lymp nods which have behind my ears&thw doctors came me medicine for tha. Fever which I had once&otuer stuff. Is it possible? Please help!!!
