Any good ideas for a cover of a book and title?

ok, maybe the cover could be her standing looking (at the camera, at you, etc), and lots of foster kids rushing around surrounding her, while her new parents are looking down at her from above and you can see her bf in the window or whatever, watching her, idk, made that up of the top of my head :P
