If I picked off my scab but the wound is unopened, will it still leave scarring?

My scab was already coming off but i kind of picked at it to make it quicker. i know you should not do this because it will leave a scar. but when it came off, my wound was still intact (not oozing or opened) Will it still leave a scar?
