Is this normal after extractions?

Ok i had my two lower wisdom teeth out with dissolvable stitches. Anyway for the past 4 days (had teeth taken out 7 days ago) my breathe and the taste in my mouth have been bad and my glands under my chin have been swollen when i lay down anyway. I know i dont have any infections or dry socket was checked out two days ago because of the swelling and stuff but of course i fogot to ask him about the breathe so i was wondering is the smell and taste from my sinuses cuz im still swelling under my chin or is it just normal because of the stitches thanks so much for any answers. Ps i clean with salt water 3 to 4 times a day and ive started brushing my teeth again and he cleaned the sockets out two days ago and gave me thw syringe to clean them out.
