Please someone , anyone help!!!!?

Ive been trying to die my hair bright candy apple red but nothing works ... Due to percious attempts my hair is now a copper brown orangy red ..... With dark brown roots.... does anyone have any tips.... On how to get it to the color I want without bleach.... I dont want to damage my hair... Whats thw best hair dye to use...
