Services.exe is using 100% of my CPU after latest windows update , why ?

Hello guys, so last night when i turned me computer off it installed the latest windows update for windows 7, as i switch my pc on this morning it finished configuring the updates etc on startup and was fine. However my cpu is not at 100% usage and Services.exe is using nearly thw whole 100%, ive searched all over google etc and tried everything i can to fix it but i cant get it sorted, this is seriously draining my computer and its really frustrating, any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks !
