Updating jailbroken firmware?

I have an ipod touch 4g jailbroken on ios4.1 and would like to update to 4.3.3 since the untethered jailbreak is now out but i dont want to have to restore, is there anyway i could update my firmware but stay jailbroken with all my layout cydia packages and apps still intact?
