What is wrong with my penis?

so thw other day i had sex with my girlfriend ... but later that night i looked because my penis was burrrrrniing .... so i looked and in one area it was very red and it had like white scrathes o little white holes or something like that.. but i dont kno what it is ... and it has been there for like a week.. but now it just itches
