Eye irritation? help asap.?

my dog is a mix of pomeranian, **** zu, poodle. i litterally just got up to go to the bathroom, its the middle of thw night, and her eye is practcally swollen shut. there is a small sxratch in thw cornor near close to her ear, she keeps trying to sceatch at it. qhat should i do, some one mentioned neoasporn. helppp sprry for speeling im using my ipod
