Very weird reoccurring dreams?

Dreams can be so confusing and many people have made successfully careers out of attempting to study them, i think the main issue with that is majority of the theory of dreams are based around Freud and to be honest most of his stuff, although interesting, is not really taken seriously. Not being able to move whilst having your 'waking dream' sounds like something called sleep paralysis and although frightening is really just your brain still functioning as if awake and your body not responding, it is scary but nothing serious, the being dragged from your bed and waking in the last place you remember may be some form of sleep walking, as for being able to hear your music that is also common its when your not fully asleep, conscious enough to hear your surroundings but asleep enough to feel disoriented agree with the first answer, do you have something that may be preventing you from going into a deep sleep, are you worrying about anything else? of course worrying about the first experience you had can influence your sleep and therefore it can spiral, also have you changed you're night time routine, stopped smoking or anything that could perhaps make your normal routine feel interrupted, sometimes the slightest thing that has happened can affect our dreams, remember that dreams are our brains way of coping with our day to day lives, many of us sped time thinking about what they mean but really they are just mucked up memories puzzles that only when we are asleep hold any meaning at all, they are important, as people who physically do not dream often are suffering from night terrors, you will be having other dreams in between, its just that your brain is more conscious when you are having these ones and that is why they feel real and why you remember, i hope that this helps and honestly don't worry, have a nice bath before you go to bed, warm milk and read a nice magazine anything that makes you feel nice and comfy, hope this helps and sweet dreams
